San Gabriel Junior Golf empowers youth to become productive members of society by helping them develop leadership skills through athletic achievement, academic excellence, and health and wellness.

To be recognized as a leading Junior Golf authority in the San Gabriel Valley of the greater Los Angeles area as a program that will be effective for personal and interpersonal growth and development.

OUR PURPOSE

SGJG provides youth with the opportunity to learn a game of a lifetime and develop life long skills that will help and nurture self esteem and confidence.  SGJG will also foster a sense of belonging, competitive influence and usefulness.  Our purpose is to keep youth active and away from negative influences.  Our program has been running since January 2007 and continues to grow!

OUR LEADERSHIP

At present we provide an environment that allows for instruction emphasizing the importance of exercise for golf and nutritional strengthening.  Our PGA professionals are experts and have devoted their careers to a game of a lifetime.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

Junior golf is a year round program for juniors ranging in age from 6 to 18 years of age. All juniors pay a fee of only $5 dollar. Lessons will be held every Tuesday from 5:00-7:00pm at Rancho San Gabriel GC, 1000 Las Lomas Rd, Duarte CA 91010.  In the event of a date cancellation juniors will be notified. Clubs and range balls will be provided.

• Guest Speakers / Video Seminars

• Exercise / Nutrition / Strengthening

This will be a comprehensive Junior Golf program and participants will receive recognition for motivation, discipline, behavior, determination, attitude, inspiration and grooming.
